Navigate Leadership Dev Cloud

As part of “Reimagining Cloud Leadership” for the nation’s third largest storage provider (Google), Colin Connor partnered with the creatives at Korn Ferry to develop the verbal and visual identity for a bespoke leadership dev program. Designed to both engage participants and embed an unforgettable experience of the brand, it would become a key onboarding tool for new leaders.

What resulted was the Navigate program, a four part journey that would include: leadership purpose, immersive experiences with Ted Talk luminaries, accelerating strategy via cross disciplinary relationship building, and positioning participants within a broader Cloud speaker series.

Colin’s team developed the creative concept, narrative, ambassador toolkits, and all related content in Google Pages, plus unique design elements for workshop exercises used to support dynamic collaboration between attending Cloud leaders.

The success of the program as both an individual and team building experience for leaders at Cloud has made it a rite of passage for new leaders joining the organization and applying their talents to advance Cloud’s business strategy.
